Am very unhappy about yr Botswana sis company. They are very unprofessional in their dealings especially mr Kgare at the head office. I need urgent help from south Africa branch. I bought leather lounge suite black in colour and it was to be supplied with puffs. I paid cash for the suit and this is the 4th month that I keep calling asking for assistance and all at game city are full of attitude. When I paid for the seats no one told me the puffs were not available. Am pissed of and am asking you to step in my number is 00267 72439359. Please help. Thanks
During the first week of July 2010 I tele called the manager (philis) of the Newlands Johannesburg branch at which i had opened my account. I asked her to give me the settlement amount of this account as they have opened the account on my fathers name incorrectly but as we have the same name and we both had previous account there maybe an honest mistake. Anyway Philis gave me the amount I went to the bank withdrew the correct amount of money and drove to the branch in Newland at which again i asked the cashier for the settlement she gave me the same settlement as the manager (philis). I paid the amount in cash and receive a receipt which showed that the account now had a zero balance. I went to phiis to show her this as this meant that there mistake was now sorted out. However on the firt of October an amount of R631 was again taken from my bank account per debit order (all previous debit orders was for the same amount till the account was paid up in July)…Now I have phone and have been to the branch I just cannot get my money back. I keep getting answers like you were given the wrong settlement (apparantly the exact same as one months payment) or sorry this was interest ??????On my receipt in July it stated a zero balance how on earth can I then all of a sudden on1 October owe another payment the supid idiotic answers I have gotton are actually humerous..I do feel that this money was stolen from my account and I must have spend over R631 on phone calls etc to try and sort this out NOBODY at head office can even help me… all I want is my money I will never ever ever do any business with this Beares ever again ! Please is there anybody who reads these and can help????????
Please assist in updating the account no:6057337226 payment profile with the three leading credit bureas, the payment history that appears now is not the true reflection of how the instalmment payment was conducted, the payment was done on debit order and it was honoured every month.

I paid off my debt with Bears in W indhoek Namibia, after my name was submitted to ITC. It is taking so long to get Bears put updates on the ITC profile, or write me a letter that I finished paying off. I need to do business and apply for other credits, but due to not having proof, i cant get helped.
South Africa is responsible for updates at ITC says the Regional Manager.
