it is ridiculous to read that Russells go beyond the call of duty or above to esnure customer satisfaction. I have had a very bad experience with the Russells in PMBurg – church street. I am a very unhappy – unsatisfied customer that regrets going into a rusells store to buy furniture and cash as well. I have made numerous calls to the supposed head office and the branch for them to sort out the poor quality furniture that I received from them only 10 days ago and last night at 1.50 am – the mirror from the dresser just fell off and broke and gave me the scare of my life. i am still waiting for them to even give me a call to let me know what is happening to replace it.
If I have ever been inconvinienced in my life it has to be some Russels store in Mpumalanga. Since 2007 they have been sending me messages that my balance is due or some stupid marketing information. They even call me. I keep telling them I am a male living in PTA not a female policewoman living in their province as they claim I am.They blatantly refuse to remove my name off their contact list & they tell me they will always call & send me their material unless I change my number. Is this acceptable? hell no. My privacy is being compromised. I am investigating a way to make Russsels get off my back. The number I am always called from is 013 932 1814.
